 Engr. Adeniyi Shamsideen Lawal was born on 25 th September, 1950 in Lagos and holds a B. ENG. (CIVIL) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. And MSC.(Transport Planning and Engineering) from UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS, ENGLAND. He attended Ahmadiyya Grammar School, Ibadan, Federal School of Science, Lagos. He is a registered member of COREN.
