FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
The Finance and Administration Department of the Ministry offers the following services for the smooth running of affairs in the Meinistry:

In charge of training and re-training of Members of Staff. |
 |
Keeps records of all proceedings in the Ministry. |

Carries out planning and research on the improvement of state of affairs in the Ministry. |

The Planning & Design department of the Office of Infrastructure Performs specialized functions to ensure that the following services are made readily available to the State:

Raising of payment and salary vouchers |

Payment of Salary and contractors |

Salary variation. |
 |
Liaison with State Treasury Office. |

Encashment |

Keeping of financial Records of the Office of Works |

Ensuring availability of Funds for smooth running of the Office |

Banking transaction with EIB International Bank on behalf of the Office of Works. |
